5th General Assembly and Technical Workshops

Last week, the 5th General Assembly of the METAVISION Project brought together partners, beneficiaries, and doctoral candidates for a week of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking.

As part of the program, participants had the chance to visit MATERIALISE facilities and take part in technical workshops presenting the latest advances in 3D printing technologies. These activities offered valuable insights into emerging applications and opened discussions on future research directions.

Throughout the week, the doctoral candidates attended a series of specialized workshops designed to support their professional and academic development. The sessions covered:

  • Additive manufacturing and design
  • Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Management
  • Academic Writing
  • Patents in a Research & Development context
  • Psychometric insights for workplace communication

These workshops were made possible with the support and active participation of the METAVISION, APRIORI, and VAMOR Marie Curie projects, creating opportunities for cross-project learning and stronger synergies.

On Wednesday afternoon, the spotlight turned to the poster session, where doctoral candidates presented their research, exchanged ideas, and received constructive feedback from peers and colleagues.

The General Assembly not only strengthened the collaborative spirit of the METAVISION Project but also provided a platform to foster innovation, professional growth, and long-term scientific impact.
